A great part of the conference will be photographed and filmed. After additional edits made by the video producers, all conference videos will be publicly available for on the dedicated Drupal HackCamp YouTube channel. By registering, all attendees grant us permission to use any images or footage taken of them during the event.



The Drupal HackCamp organizers reserve the right to reproduce quotes and feedback submitted in a public sphere, which will be the fully credited.



The Sheraton Hotel is fully wheelchair-accessible. Please contact us if you have any requirements you think we should be aware of before registering.

We will try to meet your needs and have someone on hand to assist you if required. We aim to meet some access requirements but the more notice you give us, the better able we are to assist.



Program changes may appear in terms of hours and speakers. All changes will be publicly announced so that the attendees can decide if the change fits their schedule. We reserve the right to make program changes in the program, but we promise that, if the case, we will substitute that particular speaker with another equally awesome individual. We know you won’t be disappointed!



No personal data of the attendees, speakers or volunteers will be sold or disclosed to third parties. We take your privacy very seriously and will not sell or share your personal information with sponsors or third parties.



Every attendee, sponsor, and speaker, by virtue of purchasing a ticket or attending, agrees to comply in full with our conference code of conduct.
