PHOTOS AND FOOTAGE

The sessions presented during Drupal HackCamp will not be recorded. After the event, the organizers will publish a comprehensive presentation of the sessions, together with a report (the event's aftermath).

Drupal HackCamp is a fun and visual event. However, our main goal is to make everyone feel as comfortable as possible. We know that not everyone wants to be photographed, and we fully understand it.

How to Opt-Out

If you do not wish images of yourself to be published, you may opt out by contacting us at info@drupalhackcamp.org. Best efforts will be done to accommodate your request.

You will likely see a staff member or someone who works with us taking pictures at the event. When possible – for example when photographing a person or small group – we will get verbal permission from those being photographed. When photographing larger settings like the keynotes or the exhibit floor, it may be difficult or impossible to get everyone’s permission.

We will do our very best to be respectful of every attendee’s wishes. We also encourage attendees to take and share their own photographs, as long as the rules below are followed.

If someone asks not to be photographed, please stop photographing them and don’t attempt to do it again. Simple!

Photography should not be done in a way that it is deliberately hidden from the subjects being photographed. Those taking photographs and must adhere to the event Code of Conduct.
